How to reset your HWID if you cannot inject and get the wrong HWID message.

In order to reset your HWID after being denied access to through the loader you will need to contact us by doing the following.
It's important that you open a ticket using the link in the top right of this screen.
When you open the ticket please leave your key and request a hardware ID reset. We will reset this as soon as a support member is online.
If you are using chat and no one responds please make sure and open a ticket as we have no way of getting back to you after we reset your ID to let you know it has been done.
We will compensate time lost on resets.
